This page explains what information Sandlot + Co. collects through this website and how it is used. This site is operated by Sandlot + Co. It is not operated by or affiliated with McDonald's Corporation.
What we collect
The contact form. If you send a message, we receive the name, McDonald's organization, mobile number, email address, conversation preference and optional note you enter. We use this only to respond to you about working together. The message is delivered to Sandlot by email and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Campaign tags. If you arrived from a link that includes campaign parameters (for example utm_source), those values are attached to your message so we know how you found the page.
Security check. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps distinguish people from automated bots. When the form loads, Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We also apply rate limits to the form using a one-way hash of your IP address, mobile number and email address, which is kept for no more than 24 hours.
Advertising and analytics cookies. This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These tools collect information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, an advertising identifier and, if you submit the form, the fact that a submission happened. We use this information to measure how the site performs and to show Sandlot advertising to people who have visited it, on Facebook, Instagram, Google and sites in their networks. Meta and Google receive this information directly and may combine it with other data they hold about you under their own policies: Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out in the "Your choices" section below.
Embedded social posts. Some examples on this site embed public posts from Facebook and Instagram. Those embeds load only when you choose to open an example, and when they do, Meta may set cookies and receive technical information under its own policies.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use your mobile number for automated marketing texts. If you text Taylor, you are starting a normal person-to-person conversation.
- We do not share the contents of your form message with advertising platforms. Only the fact that a form was submitted is reported as a conversion.
Retention
Form messages are kept in Sandlot's email as long as needed to respond and follow up on a potential engagement. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
Advertising cookies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from the vendors we use: Meta ad settings, Google ad settings, and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Industry-wide opt-outs are available at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Contacting us. You can contact Sandlot without the form by texting or calling Taylor Buford using the links on the main page. To ask what we hold about you, to request deletion, or to opt out of the sharing described above, email us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
